There is room for improvement, but with a little practice, it will get better.
Don't put yourself down, we all have to learn.
One thing that would improve your drawings is getting out of the habit of outlining in such a dark, harsh pencil.
Your portrait of ... woman ... if you got rid of the lines around her lips and down the sides of her nose, it would look better and be more realistic.
Hope you don't mind me saying.
I am still learning and making mistakes, there's something in every drawing I do that I don't like!!

Keep practising, and trying new techniques, materials etc.
